Some of the most passionate conversations I have with the academic team at Tyndale House are about their desire for Bible research to be useful to people outside the academic community — whether Christians looking to study the Bible devotionally, or others who are simply curious about its message.
Since it came into being in 1944, Tyndale House has sought to share the fruits of its research. That's why its founding principles include not only a vision to "resource researchers with the best possible collection of materials" and to "nurture scholars in a rich academic and spiritual environment" but to "disseminate their work with integrity".
It is in the spirit of those founding principles that we launch ink magazine, which focuses on the most practical, the most intriguing and the most thought-provoking recent research.
